Description Overview This is a leading role within the organization to outline the strategic growth roadmap for Amazon. High profile and highly impactful position to define, build and uncover current and new levers for the organization. Intentionally connecting the operating practice (commercial/supply) with multi-routes to market (1P/3P), suite of marketing services to build brands, last-mile fulfilment services to reach consumers, while seeking opportunities to look at Amazon through a lens that unlocks its true potential. Remote locations will be considered. Scope of the Role • Strategy and Growth: Develop and achieve both short and long-term Amazon growth development strategies for Perrigo CSCA Store Brand and Branded Businesses • Global Impact: Partnership with Global Amazon lead(s) building best-practice(s), strategic synergies and assessment of Amazon as a growth engine for Total Perrigo • Insights-Led: Unleash data and metrics around financial, category, brand, and shopper trends to maximize market share, sales, and channel contribution - ultimately influencing through data to impact the current and future business • P&L: Own and Drive the Amazon CSCA P&L; Annual Operating + Long-Term Plan Development • Product Portfolio: Own Amazon assortment and architecture; Collaborating across BUs, Supply Chain to lead recommendations, assumptions towards volume, profit, share • Integration/Collaboration: Actively integrate Amazon within overall business strategies for CSCA; Building collaborative strategies and business plans across Business Units; Digital Marketing and Investment Strategies • Roadmap Management: Define product/innovation roadmap(s) based on business strategy, growth platforms/pillars and voice of customer • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high performing team; People + Performance + Impact; Creating new spaces to growth • Measurement & Analytics: Develop robust reporting tools and KPI's to understand consumer behavior, advertising ROI, measuring organic search ranking • Account Management: Contract Negotiations and manage trade investment to create customer and company value by consistently measuring and enforcing trade terms, pricing and identifying opportunities for improvement; Customer development strategies to deliver consumption and sales growth targets • Consumer/Shopper: Map out shopper experiences across digital touchpoints to drive conversion and unlock growth across Amazon • Value Creation: Drive & Strengthen "Trusted Category Advisor" position at Amazon to drive joint value • Market Research: Co-Develop Learning Agenda with Insights Lead at Amazon to improve competitive retail position, consumer targeting, experience and conversion on the platform • Supply Chain/Distribution Management: Collaborating with Ops to improve forecasting, demand planning, fill rates/service, prioritization, chargeback reductions, Health Metrics and Innovative Solutions Experience Required • Typically 12-15 years of recent hands-on Amazon experience leading team to build as a Global growth entity and partner • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related fie
