ManpowerGroup Customer Service Representative in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania

Our client, a producer of quality building products, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the customer service department supporting our customers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have good attendance, be proficient in Excel, and if possible, have experience with Sage 50.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Aliquippa, PA

Pay Range: $19-$22/hr

What's the Job?

  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services

  • Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner

  • Maintain customer records and update information as necessary

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

What's Needed?

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
