Amentum has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Engineering & Construction Integration to join their team in Alice Springs, NT - Australia.

THE ROLE
PURPOSE AND SCOPE
The Engineering & Construction Integrator is responsible for the coordination of resourcing, scheduling, administration and supervision of relevant tasks, processes, and procedures in support of operation, maintenance and management of facility assets, infrastructure, and systems.
The position plays an integral role within a diverse and complex work environment that is responsible for the management and control of critical infrastructure configuration, project management and construction and is a key integrator of the teams and technical disciplines within the Engineering, Projects, Integration & Construction (EPIC) functional area.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the scheduling, resourcing, administration and supervision of relevant employees, processes, and procedures key to EPIC.
Plan, coordinate and track the efficient and effective integration and transition of tasks between core elements of the EPIC functional area.
Fulfil the role of the Configuration Management Coordinator (CMC) as a member of the Configuration Management Board (CMB).
Coordinate, facilitate and administer actions necessary to ensure the consistent and regular reporting of relevant EPIC data and metrics.
Supervision, coordination and management of processes and tasks related to EPIC-led working and advisory groups.
Provide administrative and coordination support to EPIC leadership and management staff.
Liaise with relevant staff and training providers in the scheduling and coordination of training for EPIC personnel.
Ensure, promote, and maintain health and safety practices/compliances at site and within the workplace.
Any other reasonable duties as requested. '
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Essential
Bachelor’s Degree or;
Certificate IV
Field: Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline
Desirable
- Master’s degree

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS – Minimum Essential
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in progressively responsible administration positions within relevant or related industries.
Knowledge of configuration management and process development.
Excellent communication skills and ability to brief at all levels to include Senior Leadership
Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team
Ability to adapt to change and contribute to continuous improvement
Positive outlook and willingness to collaborate with others to achieve business outcomes
Demonstrated customer focus
Ability to demonstrate an understanding and commitment to the principles of workplace diversity and equity, and EH&S
WORK ENVIRONMENT, PHYSICAL DEMANDS, AND MENTAL DEMANDS
Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 10kgs, kneeling, standing and walking, routinely sitting and constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, and must be able to work under deadlines.

EHS REQUIREMENT
