Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as an Electrical Maintenance Mechanic, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our production equipment. In this position, you will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of manufacturing machinery, all while adhering to established safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve issues with manufacturing equipment, including motor controls, DC/AC drives, frying equipment, temperature instrumentation, burner systems, and packaging machines.
Perform a wide range of mechanical skills, encompassing electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and machine repairs.
Oversee the installation and wiring of essential manufacturing equipment, such as pumps, fans, blowers, and relay panels.
Develop and execute a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to enhance equipment reliability.
Identify faulty operations and defective materials, documenting and reporting unusual findings to management.
Ensure compliance with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations.
Essential Skills:
Proficient in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
Experience with conveyor systems and PLC troubleshooting
