We are looking CAD Engineer who will design mechanical seals (pump and compressor) to ensure timely production and repair of engineered seals. In this position you will work together with Sales, Engineering and Quick Response Center (QRC) personnel by providing technical support to customers.
Responsibilities:
Generate customer and production drawings, and other technical documentation required to release orders to production.
Perform basic design calculations.
Provide technical support and provide solutions to customers and other internal functions on seal design.
Coordinate work between Quick Response Center and Engineering support centers (design teams).
Work together with engineering teams in Etten-Leur, Netherlands and Dortmund, Germany.
Meet the order milestones for engineering deliverables as per Flowserve engineering processes.
Provide hands-on design support in Seal repair process.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Preferably 2-3 years working experience in the industry in a similar position.
Good verbal and written communication skills in Arabic, French, and English language.
Experienced in SolidWorks 3D. AutoCAD 2D proficiency is a pro.
Capable of working independently in a dynamic working environment.
Flexible and motivated.
