This job was posted by https://joblink.maine.gov : For more information, please see: https://joblink.maine.gov/jobs/1128500 Provides specialized technical services, consulting, advice and support related to electric distribution or transmission for business projects or operating distribution, substation or transmission assets to guarantee a reliable, efficient and safe management of assets and mechanical, electrical and control systems and components. Promotes and supports the implementation of homogeneous criteria and technical best practices and development of equipment standards. May carry out technical studies prior to the construction of distribution, substation or transmission infrastructure related to the flow of energy, the optimal location of the facilities and other technical requirements. May conduct the project start-up activities such as project pre-commissioning and equipment start-up and synchronizing.
As a Technical support:
Performs specialized technical support tasks or craft work in a hands-on environment. Works under prescribed procedures with a moderate level of supervision. Requires vocational training or equivalent experience.
As an Administrative Support:
Performs clerical/administrative support tasks in an office, field or site setting. Requires vocational training or equivalent experience.
