Job Description
This Senior Developer (level III) will help lead the full systems life cycle. They work collaboratively with Analysts and Product Managers to understand the business requirements and lead the analysis and physical design of technical solutions. They will be working with 8-9 other team members to implement a cloud based product to support media supply chain. They are responsible for the physical design of technical solutions which includes: analysis/design, building/coding, review, testing, configuration and deploying software and systems. The solutions frequently involve development and integration of multiple components spanning across on premises and SaaS offerings within AWS. They work as an individual contributor while providing technical mentorship and oversight of day to day tasks of other junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
This person will help the other 8-9 engineers and developers implement a cloud-based product (Rally) to support media supply chain.
This person will be a leader on the team to help mentor other junior engineers.
o There are 2 other senior developers.
Technical Collaboration: Work with analysts and product managers to understand and design technical requirements.
Development & Implementation: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Track emerging technologies, recommend improvements, and troubleshoot issues.
Standards & Procedures: Ensure documentation, follow internal procedures, and support system standards.

Skills and Requirements
5-7 years of experience in software development and operations
o This will be a full stack role, but if they are heavier on the back end that is OK.
Strong knowledge and experience with object-oriented design and development with a (ex. Python, Django, Java) with focus on enterprise Integration patterns, software design patterns
React.js on the front end
Experience with SaaS offerings
Experience with designing, building and deploying products using cloud native services with AWS (Amazon Web Services)
Confident and good communication skills to work with internal stakeholders Bachelors Degree
Experience with Rally (cloud based product that they are implementing. Very popular amongst other media companies.) null
