Pay: $20.00/hr 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Monday - Friday Requirements: Requirements for this role include demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, with call center experience considered a plus. Job Duties: As a Transportation Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing accurate research and resolution to member issues by established procedures, referring unresolved issues to the appropriate area when necessary. You will handle an average of 11 to 13 inbound calls per hour and complete outbound calls as required. This position also involves properly identifying possible Grievance or Appeal issues and following the appropriate procedures accordingly. Interested?
