Salary: $41,600 - $49,200 Schedule: 11pm - 7am, Sunday - Thursday Responsibilities: Operate assembly equipment to meet production goals, perform periodic product inspections, and maintain optimal machine speeds. Complete daily production and downtime reports, carry out autonomous maintenance, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Ensure a clean, organized workspace, oversee employee adherence to safety and efficiency standards, and enforce policies. Handle tasks like stretch-wrapping finished pallets, printing labels, conducting performance evaluations, and running weekly team meetings. Perform cycle counts and all other assigned duties as needed. Qualifications: 3 + years of experience running production assembly equipment, completing daily reporting, and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
