Maxim Healthcare Services LPN - 1.1 School Nurse in Aldan, Pennsylvania
Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work one on one with a patient in the school setting in Delaware County.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care for student(s) with medical needs (Trach, vent, G-tube Feedings, seizure monitoring with rescue medications, personal care, Diabetic care, etc.),
May ride the bus to and from school with patient
May drive patient to and from school
Requirements:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensures in the state in which the nurse practices in
Resume
HS diploma/GED
College degree/official transcripts from accredited program
Child Abuse Clearance (dated within a year)
PA Criminal History (dated within a year)
FBI Clearance (dated within a year)
Hands on First Aid/CPR Certificate (dated within a year)
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
Active license (if applicable)
One year prior LPN experience preferred.
