Job Summary

Bohannan Huston is currently seeking a full-time Transportation Engineer - Project Manager to join our Traffic and Transportation Engineering Group in our Albuquerque, NM office.

As a Transportation Engineer in the Traffic and Transportation group, you would likely be involved in numerous tasks that could include managing projects, developing and delivering engineering solutions for Transportation Engineering clients within budget and schedule constraints, utilizing Civil 3D AutoCAD to create, design and produce plan sets on behalf of clients, as well providing technical mentorship and teaching to less experienced engineers in the group.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have graduated with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, and have at least a 3.0 GPA, and have shown a commitment to academic focus, leadership and delivering high quality solutions and products.
• You are currently licensed as a PE.
• You have at least 7 years of demonstrated expertise and success in a similar role.
• You have experience managing engineering projects with public sector clients.
• You have the ability to work in a fast-moving, team-based environment.
• You have strong Transportation Engineering technical skills.
• You are fluent in Civil 3D AutoCAD.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication, are a great listener, and are prompt, polished, and specific in your responses.
• You are determined, organized, and detail oriented.
• You are customer focused.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to learn and grow.
• You welcome feedback and find ways to do your work better.
• You are eager to make your work more efficient by learning and mastering various engineering technologies.
