Heights Chiropractic and Sports Medicine Front Desk Receptionist in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Provide information and assistance to visitors and clients - Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining records - Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings - Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members - Assist with event planning and coordination - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized reception area -Help with any extra duties - Assisting front and back office Qualifications: - Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail, including proofreading skills for written materials - Proficient in data entry, order entry, and other clerical tasks - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Proficient in using Google Suite or similar software for calendar management and document creation/editing Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
