Robert Half Fixed Assets Assistant (Temp) in Albuquerque, New Mexico


Looking for full-time (40 hr. / wk.) temporary employee to assist with creating a fixed asset import template to upload into ERP Unanet Fixed Asset module. 1-month expected duration of project.

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in Albuquerque, New Mexico for an Accounting Assistant. This role primarily revolves around creating a fixed asset import template to upload into ERP Unanet Fixed Asset module within the telecom industry. The location is a dynamic workplace that values strong communication, organization, and productivity.


• Engage in detailed and efficient creation of a fixed asset import template for ERP Unanet Fixed Asset module.

• Utilize accounting software systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suites to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.

• Leverage skills in accounts payable and accounts receivable to manage cash activity and ensure financial accuracy.

• Apply knowledge of accounting functions and billing functions to maintain and enhance financial operations.

• Handle fixed asset inventory and ensure their proper documentation and management.

• Communicate effectively, ask relevant questions, and ensure all tasks are understood and completed correctly.

• Maintain a reliable presence in the workplace, consistently meeting deadlines and commitments.

• Stay focused and productive, effectively managing time and resources to maximize efficiency.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential for this role.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services will be beneficial.

• Experience with Great Plains (GPAC) is desirable.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suites is required.

• A strong understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is a must.

• Ability to handle Billing Functions efficiently.

• Prior experience with Cash Activity management is expected.

• Experience in Fixed Asset Inventory management is a plus.
