What you’ll do:
The Contractor shall manage, operate, and maintain information technology (IT) for facilities at Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque, NM. Occasionally travel to the Washington D.C. Office may be required. The contractor shall provide services that operate IAW standard Air Force and DoD IT environments.
Functional Description –
Troubleshoot and implement approved corrective actions for secure and non-secure hardware, such as video teleconference systems and client/server computer systems.
Provide basic troubleshooting for network switch, router and firewall.
Provide installation services for network and telephone communications lines
Advise, troubleshoot, and implement approved corrective actions for secure and non-secure software, such as Microsoft Server/Client environments, Microsoft database systems, printing, backup, file services, SharePoint, etc.
Install, configure, operate, maintain, upgrade, and administer AIS software/hardware systems
Research, recommend, engineer, and document architectural hardware and software solutions
Document services performed in the Status Report
Identify, recommend, and enforce IT security practices.
Install, maintain, and operate classified and unclassified electronic messaging services.
