Description
Local Credit Union seeking an Accounting Assistant for a temporary 2-3 month role to assist during a transitional interim period. This position is full time, M-F 8-5, paying up to $25/hr. Must have experience in reconciliation of GL, AR/AP and GAP. MUST HAVE Excel - Apply today!
Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with CaseWare
• Experience with Concur
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Proven ability to manage Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Knowledge and understanding of Auditing
• Experience in Bank Reconciliations
• Proven ability to handle Account Reconciliation
• Proficiency in Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Bank Account Reconciliation
• Ability to perform Daily Reconciliation tasks
