A well-established lumber company in Albertville is looking for several production laborers to start immediately. This production laborer position is on the first shift and gets paid weekly! This lumber company is easy to access and located near I94. The lumber production laborer position does include on-the-job training allowing you to get paid while learning your new career. Location: Albertville, MN Pay: First shift: $22/hr. Overtime after 40 hours Overtime pay! Hours: First shift: 5 am - 1:30 pm, Monday - Friday Benefits of the production laborer: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Short-term Disability Non-Work Accident Insurance All available after 90 days of work Responsibilities of the production laborer: Assembly of roof and floor trusses according to standard work Perform plate picker functions Assist drivers in the delivery and/or pickup of products and materials. Perform outside stacker function Assist with cycle counts and full inventories Assist in the saw room. Physical demands of the production laborer: Carry, lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. Bend/squat repetitively Ability to climb up and down on assembly table (approximate 3 feet elevation) Stand for the majority of the day.
