  • Perform administrative duties within web-based system

  • Provide customer service to school district staff users through Outlook and hotline

  • Create weekly Excel reports from system data

  • Review and categorize participant responses to surveys based on established guidance

  • Track progress and review all submissions for quarterly district updates in system

  • Distribute weekly time logging templates and track submissions



  • Ability to work independently including task prioritization and planning

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Intermediate skills in Outlook, Excel, SharePoint

  • Ability to collaborate on a remote team

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Ability to apply existing guidance to a variety of circumstances and make informed decisions

  • Ability to investigate problems in data set and identify solutions

  • Familiarity with special education or IEPs (not required but would be a plus)


  • Associate's degree or 2+ years of administrative work required.
