Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Engineer, where you will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of our community. Your duties will include property curb appeal enhancement, performing routine and preventative maintenance, handling resident service requests, and being on-call as needed. You will also work on preparing apartments for new residents, upgrades, appliance repairs, as well as boiler and HVAC troubleshooting and repairs. Additional responsibilities include lawn mowing, trimming, pruning, grounds cleanup, and tackling ice and snow removal. You will also take on projects and tasks as requested. The position operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s) and ability to go permanent after this time period.

This position is based in Albany, NY.

Work Environment
