DePaula Chevrolet, Inc Call Center Rep - Automotive Service BDC in Albany, New York

DePaula Chevrolet is looking for an ambitious, outgoing professional to schedule appointment for our Service Department. We are willing to train the applicant who will provide our customers with outstanding service. The position involves scheduling appointments via phone and email.

The mandatory schedule for this role is Monday 10am – 7pm, Tuesday 9am – 6pm, Wednesday 9am - 6pm, Thursday 10am - 7pm, and rotating Friday 9am - 6pm/Saturday 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all inbound phone appointments and inquiries

  • Contact customers via email, phone, and text to schedule a service appointment

  • Make proactive outbound phone calls to customers to drive traffic to the service lane

  • Track activities during each shift in provided software

  • Work with internet leads to set a proper appointment

  • Follow-up with customers to improve customer experience

    Requirements:

  • Must be able to work the required schedule

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be comfortable speaking on the phone and have a good phone presence

  • Ability to learn new software

  • Excellent attendance and punctuality

Expected Annual Earnings:$38,000 - $60,000

This is an hourly plus monthly commission position.
