The University at Albany, State University of New York, seeks applicants for TWO Assistant Professor tenure-track faculty positions beginning Fall 2024 for its Electrical & Computer Engineering Department. The new hires will be members of the UAlbany AI Institute. The successful candidate will provide evidence of expertise in AI and address how AI is integral to their research program.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
A PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or closely related field from a college or university accredited by a U.S. Department of Education or internationally recognized organization by 8/31/2024. Candidates who will not hold the degree by this date will not be considered.

We are requesting applications for broad areas of ECE, including but not limited to Computer Architecture, including memristor arrays and neuromorphic computing; Antenna and Microwave devices, including metasurfaces for mmWave and Terahertz frequencies; Robotics, including hardware-software co-design; and Renewable Energy Systems.
