Health Advocates Network Administrative Assistant in Albany, New York

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Administrative Assistant to work at a facility in Albany, NY. These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $25 / hour

Shift details:

  • M-F 37.5 hours up to 40. 8am-4pm

Duties:

  • Assist with processing Client credit card charges in the Statewide Financial System (SFS)- verify coding of charges and ensure completion of supporting documentation

  • Assist with hiring of temporary employees under OGS' HBITS and Administrative Services contracts - preparation/submission of paperwork to OGS, review vendor submissions, scheduling of interviews in MS Teams, act as liaison between business unit and temporary employment agencies, coordinate onboarding

  • Assist with management of Client subscriptions and memberships - record payments and maintain spreadsheets

  • Assist with HBITS invoicing process - review invoices and timecards to ensure accuracy, request adjustments when necessary

  • Perform various other duties in support of OFM office operations (examples include posting of permanent recruitments to professional websites, responding to Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) requests, etc.)

Desired skills:

  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills -Reliability, time and attendance

  • Ability to work effectively and professionally with vendors and Client staff at all levels

  • Excellent writing and communication skills
