We are looking for an experienced F&I Manager to grow with us! We believe great products and service, starts with great people. We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to become a part of our customer-focused sales team.

5-Day Work Week NO Sundays!!!

Must have the ability to sell an array of products, strong knowledge of F&I regulations, and maintain high customer service satisfaction.   • 2+ years Automotive Finance experience in a Dealership setting REQUIRED

  • CDK experience a huge plus!

  • Documentation of current and past performance

  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Outgoing personality with a positive attitude

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional presentation

The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($139,200.00 to $230,000.00), which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”).Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
