Job Description Summary
An Instrumentation Senior Technician will be responsible for the shift maintenance and troubleshooting of field instruments and automation panels. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
Job Description
Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of process instruments, with the ability to handle PLC-based automation systems and their control panels to resolve issues during shift operations. Good knowledge in the calibration of process instruments such as temperature, pressure, flow, level, weighing, pH, conductivity, ORP, TOC analyzers, and various types of valves.
Able to read P&ID diagrams, as well as electrical and instrumentation control wiring drawings, to resolve problems during shift operations.
Good knowledge in ATEX, ISA and IEC safety requirements.
Supporting cross-functional teams in completing breakdowns, projects, equipment qualification, and CAPA activities.
Adherence to the departmental & cGMP procedures as per the company policy.
Compliance to Safety & Quality standards maintained with the company.
Should have adequate knowledge and skills in QMS activities.
Vendors follow up for AMC related and external calibration of instruments.
