Senior Clinical Data Coordinator
Job Description
This position will be responsible for internal and outsourced data management activities in support of clinical research studies. You will lead 1-3 Clinical Data Management Study teams and support or lead the data management activities for clinical trials in collaboration with Clinical and Regulatory teams.
Responsibilities
Review clinical study protocols
Design Case Report Forms (CRF)
Create CRF completion guidelines and data entry guidelines
Design databases
Define validation checks
Review data
Generate and resolve queries
Produce Data Management Status reports
Ensure timely entry of CRFs by Data Coordinators/Data Entry personnel
Create Data Management plans
Perform Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reconciliation
Coordinate quality control audits
Review final reports, tables, and listings
Perform other duties as required
Essential Skills
Experience in clinical research
Experience in clinical trials
Proficiency in CRF design
Strong data management skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5 years of relevant experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of data validation processes
Experience with database design
Ability to generate and resolve data queries
Proficiency in creating data management plans
Experience with SAE reconciliation
Work Environment
This role is onsite in Alameda, Monday through Friday.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $62.00
