Qualifications:
Garnishment and pension processes
Process for sick leave and payroll documentation
Payroll deduction process
WD HELP ticket resolution
Preparation of daily, monthly, annual reports as requested
Coordination of bank cards for new hires
Maintains payroll information by collecting time and attendance records or any other documentation needed
Maintains employee confidentiality
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Prioritizes daily workload to effectively meet deadlines
Respond to first line Payroll inquiries
Performs other special projects and related duties as assigned
Creation of salary certificates, FCL or any related letters
Bachelor's Degree in Related field or equivalent. 1 - 2 years of experience in Payroll or HR. Knowledge of Payroll or Accounting Procceses.
