Parsons Corporation Lead Archivist in Al Muntazah Signal, C-Ring Road,Doha, Qatar
Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Lead Archivist to join our team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Identifies, collects, arranges, and preserves data and documents related to Client Projects.
Analyzes documents and classifies them in accordance with related functions and importance; establishes and maintains effective indexing procedures.
Develops, implements, and evaluates a plan of archival management and services in consultation with Client.
Inputs records into the Client Registry for retrieval and application processes.
Prepares log report for title deed registration status.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance.
Oversees the entire project, ensuring that all activities are aligned with project goals and liaising with the Client.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and typically 7+ years of relevant experience
Relevant working knowledge.
Experience in Qatar or GCC will be preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications suite
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong oral and written communication skills, in both Arabic and English
Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high level or accuracy
