Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team for various commercial projects in the Cleveland area. This role involves working on commercial construction sites, performing tasks such as framing, metal stud installation, and finish carpentry.
Responsibilities
Perform metal stud framing for commercial projects
Execute finish carpentry tasks with precision
Work on a variety of commercial construction jobs within a 30-mile radius of Cleveland
Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Essential Skills
Experience in framing, specifically metal stud framing for commercial projects
Proficiency in finish carpentry
Previous experience in commercial construction
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Flexibility to work on Saturdays as needed

Work Environment
You will be working on various commercial construction projects located in Cleveland and the surrounding areas. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM, with additional hours on Saturdays as needed. This role involves working on-site in a variety of commercial settings, ensuring diverse and engaging work experiences.

This is a Contract position based out of Akron, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $34.00
