The successful applicant is an engaging people person that has a desire to help and go the extra mile through the support and resolution they provide their caller. Ability to multitask and transition seamlessly between conversations while determining how to help and resolve concerns for the caller by providing a superior call experience.   • [Have a High School Diploma or GED]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
  • [Be able to pass a background check]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
  • [100% attendance is required during onboarding and training without any exception and doesn't follow core schedule:]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
    • [Onboarding is 4/13, 4/14 and 4/15 (Wed, Thurs, Fri).]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
    • [Training is 4/18-4/22 (Mon-Fri)]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
    • [Your selected core schedule (Mon/Tues) or (Mon/Tues/Wed) begins on 4/25/2022]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
  • [Be a resident of Ohio, preferably Northeast or within 1 hour of Akron, OH]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
  • [Have a high-speed internet connection that allows you to connect a provided computer through a wired connection to your modem or router]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
  • [Have basic computer skills and ability to navigate screens, use mouse and keyboard]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

     

  • [Preferably, have previous Contact Center, customer service and/or work from home experience]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

  • [Be able to work independently with discipline and motivation to succeed in a virtual environment]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
  • [Have excellent English written and verbal communication skills]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
