Role Objective Manages and coordinates sales activities with select national channel partners within Canada. Leverages sales resources to focus on and drive specific initiatives and business results. There is specific emphasis on strategic channel partner development and national account engagement. Corporate office engagement is largely in GTA but additional work requires national travel. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Executes prescribed plans and programs such as sales coverage, marketing, new product or innovation introduction, account planning or distributor or end user programming This role focuses 50% on managing key channel partner sales activities in Ontario marketplace and 50% focus on national account engagement Helps develop the annual business planning process with Corporate Accounts Director and team Works closely with leadership to deliver a cadence of quarterly business reviews with strategic channel partners Develops effective sales plans and strategies for assigned markets and accounts, with emphasis on obtaining national account end-user and key volume installations Leverages key distributor relationships in order to gain access to national accounts Aligns and allocates appropriate resources to service key customers Inputs data into CRM Develops effective business strategies for assigned markets and accounts. Executes, and tracks progress of, business strategies for assigned accounts and distributors Negotiates profitable contracts with national end user accounts Provides business reviews, conducts satisfaction audits, introduces compliance-building tactics, and leverages appropriate resources to maximize compliance within existing accounts Updates and maintains assigned account information, records and data Identifies and communicates market needs to appropriate GOJO colleagues Assumes responsibility for identifying and pursuing individual training and development in addition to participating in GOJO sales trainings and IDP development process Identifies new market/segment opportunities within assigned territory Researches, validates and develops effective plans to improve market penetration and GOJO positioning Education and Experience BA/BS in management or related discipline preferred; relevant experience in lieu of degree required Minimum five (5) years' experience calling on and/or selling large national distributors / large national end-users required Experience in skin care is a plus Supervision/Coordination Coordinates account activities, independent focus accounts, trade groups, and with appropriate sales support, marketing, as well as GOJO, and distributor field sales resources This role does not supervise other GOJO team members To Apply: To apply for this position, please complete the online application process.
