Role Objective Manages and monitors corporate accounts within the industrial/manufacturing space to drive sales and promote efficiencies. Works with GOJO sales leadership to develop account strategy and manage relationships at a strategic level. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Develops and manages assigned corporate accounts within a large geographic region Plans and administers sales policies and programs Facilitates alignment between other GOJO market leaders and KDM's (key decision makers) at Corporate Accounts Works with Corporate Account sales leadership to develop and implement strategic sales plans in the field Assist in the development and maintenance of account strategy Forecasts and Manages Account P&L Negotiates TDP or distribution agreement Sells large (end-user) National Account opportunities globally Negotiates profitable contracts and relationships with end-user accounts May align with Global team to develop effective global business strategies for assigned markets and accounts Proactively facilitates business reviews Assumes responsibility for own training/development needs Leverages distributor relationships in order to gain access to end user accounts Leverages other BST (business segment team) resources and other GOJO groups (i.e. pricing, marketing, legal) Works with cross-functional teams to develop business Education and Experience BA/BS in management or related discipline preferred In lieu of or with degree, minimum of five (5) years' experience required, in JanSan trade, or similar trade with a focus on selling and managing Corporate & National Accounts Supervision/Coordination This role does not manage other GOJO team members but does partner with sales teams at key accounts Travel Requirements Overnight Travel - 50% or greater - required To Apply: To apply for this position, please complete the online application process.
