We’re expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated Welder/Fabricator to help us continue our legacy of excellence. If you're passionate about precision work, problem-solving, and working on projects that make a real-world impact, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with advanced fabricators and design engineers to construct advanced test equipment for a variety of industries.

  • Build and assemble equipment from detailed blueprints, including components such as weldments, linear guides, bearings, motors, and gearboxes.

  • Perform MIG, TIG, and aluminum welding to the highest precision standards.

  • Ensure that all work meets stringent quality and safety requirements.

  • Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and make independent decisions to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience with GMAW, GTAW, and FCAW welding processes.

  • Proficiency in aluminum welding and fabrication.

  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

  • A keen focus on maintaining quality and safety standards in all work.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and independent decision-making skills.

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience working with a variety of materials and welding techniques.

  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
