Global Harvest Maintenance Manager in Akron, Colorado

POSITION: MAINTENANCE MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications: Advanced degree desirable Fluent in English Project Management skills - Microsoft or other applicable applications. 10 years management experience in engineering / maintenance 5+ years experience leading a group of maintenance skilled craftsman Strong technical knowledge with regards to machinery, building maintenance, utility management, and PLC's Extensive knowledge of maintenance management techniques Team building skills including ability to motivate and engage skilled craftsmen Strong written and verbal communication skills The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and team-oriented, with strong communication skills Global Harvest Foods provides an excellent compensation and benefits package A pre-employment drug screen will be conducted upon a job offer being made

WAGE:Salary: $90000 - $100000 Annually

DAYS/HRS: Full Time Permanent primarily daytime hrs.

Our manufacturing and distribution facilities are located throughout the United States and are placed near key product ingredients and shipping lanes. We have an outstanding opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join our team in our Akron, CO plant. The primary tasks will include but are not limited to: Lead and manage all maintenance activities at the Akron, CO facility, in support of manufacturing, packaging, and distribution to ensure machine capability and process control Manage the facilities services departments to ensure all areas are in compliance and control Manage facilities related capital projects such as roofing, HVAC, building controls, and energy. Maintain a multi-year plan for facilities projec Ensure ongoing capability of operations through proper preventative maintenance of equipment and facilities Manage a team of 3-5 employees and contractors Support operations

DAYS AND HOURS: Full time position. 5am - 3:30pm some Saturdays Required.

DUTIES: Will locate products for the truck loading process. Will load trucks by hand or by pallet jack. Safety is a priority.
