Job Description
Vehicle Test Team (VTT) has an opening position for a manufacturing test engineer. In this role you will work on development of vehicle test system for HEX facilities and improvement of vehicle test process. You will have opportunities to learn system development, project management and grow your global network.
世界最大手建設機械メーカーの油圧ショベル開発・生産拠点で油圧ショベルの開発から量産立上げ、量産以降の生産効率化に携わります。電子化・高機能化を進めている油圧ショベルの性能試験に関する業務を行います。
Job Duties / Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Develop manufacturing system especially for vehicle test.
Work with engineers within the team and suppliers.
Drive projects of process improvement and implementation.
Onsite and remote support of global HEX facilities for NPI/NSI and new process implementation.
Design manufacturing automation by utilizing machine control of HEX.
性能試験の自動化、効率化を目指したシステム開発。
チームメンバーや協力会社エンジニアとの協業、作業指示。
生産プロセス改善のプロジェクト推進と生産現場への展開。
海外油圧ショベル工場の生産技術サポート。(チームとして数回～10回/年程度の頻度で1～2週間の海外出張あり、アメリカ/中国/ベルギーなど)
油圧ショベルの制御技術を活用して製造現場の自動化ソリューションを開発。
Required Qualifications
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Available to travel domestic and abroad.
Positive attitude toward IT.
問題解決能力と効果的なコミュニケーションスキル。
国内、海外出張が可能である。
ITに対する前向きな取組み(MS365など一般的なPC操作を伴う業務経験)
Desired Qualifications
Education or experience in machine testing and/or development of application system.
Experience of project lead.
Experience of data analytics.
性能試験やアプリケーション開発に関する教育や業務の経験。
データ解析に関する教育や業務の経験。
各種プロジェクトリードの経験。
