業務内容] Responsibilities

  • CAEソフトウェアを用いた、プロダクトデザインを分析するエンジニアリングシミュレーションの実施

  • 製品の性能と信頼性を改善するため、日本語を話すチームメンバーを含むエンジニアや設計者と協業

  • シミュレーション結果を解析し、設計を改善のためのアドバイスを提供

  • シミュレーションモデルとデータベースの開発およびメンテナンス

  • テストと解析によるシミュレーション結果の検証

  • Conduct engineering simulations using CAE software to analyze product designs.

  • Collaborate with engineers and designers, including Japanese-speaking team members, to improve product performance and reliability.

  • Interpret simulation results and provide recommendations for design improvements.

  • Develop and maintain simulation models and databases.

  • Validate simulation results through testing and analysis.

[応募条件]Requirements

 ■必須要件■ Must Have

  • 2D/3D Stress analysis (Linear and nonlinear)' Sound

  • Knowledge of Low Cycle Fatigue, High Cycle Fatigue, and Fracture Mechanics

  • Service-induced Anomalies (Manufacturing *Material anomalies and Handling Damage Tolerance) integrity assessment (Overspeed)

  • Tools: SC03; Ansys, UG, DARWIN

  • Strong fundamental Solid Mechanics/ FE,

  • Experience in FAA/EASA Certification Report Writing

  • Experience RR projects

  • Experience Lifing for Critical Parts of Aero Engines

  • Experience software such as SC03, plug-in software of SC03, and DARWIN
