Position Title:Welder

Position Summary: Reporting to the General Manager this position is responsible for being a part in the manufacturing process of our company products. As a welder, individuals are responsible to assemble and weld parts and to fabricate products. We expect our welders to complete each job with accuracy and within specific deadlines. Essential functions of this job may include frequent standing, walking, lifting, and handling products and/or materials, reaching, and repetitive motion.Welders, cutters, solderers, and brazers use hand-held or remotely controlled equipment to join, repair, or cut metal parts and products. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of welding experience and a working knowledge of standard welding tools and techniques, however we are willing to train.

Job Requirements:*

• Ability to work with minimal supervision on their own and be self-motivated.
• Capable of receiving and following instructions.
• Ability to read, write, and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines.
• Attentive to detail and always alert to ensure safety.
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs or more.
• Able to communicate easily with co-workers.
• Ability to be organized with multi-tasking and work accurately at a fast pace to meet deadlines.
• Ability to be flexible, versatile, and/or tolerant in a changing work environment.
• Ability to make sound judgments and transfer learning from one situation to another.
• Ability to maintain professionalism at all times.
• Ability to understand ethical behavior and business practices and ensure that behavior aligns with the standards and values of Daniels Manufacturing Company.
