A Typical Day
The IT Senior Project Manager will facilitate open source project teams building applications that address business needs. As the Project Manager , you will be responsible for the coding, design, testing and support of the company’s next-generation mortgage origination tools.
The IT Senior Project Manager will :
Organize the development work queue, schedule releases and manage risks associated with projects
Set customer expectations and provide feedback
Conduct planning sessions with customers and ability to specify road map for projects
Provide reports on projects status and project metrics
Manage the software development life cycle (SDLC) from start to finish
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture, and values
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
7+ years of experience running software development projects within complex and complex stakeholder landscapes
Relationship management experience; creating, maintaining and/or enhancing customer relationships that have yielded further business opportunity
Experience in mentoring and executing Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery best practice
Experience explaining the costs and benefits of projects
Exposure to a variety of Project Management and/or Program Management methodologies

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
