Job Overview

Launch your IT career with our one-year Technology Rotational Program! Immerse yourself in modern IT infrastructure and DevOps, gain hands-on experience across key disciplines (Cloud Platform Engineering, Network, and Telephony, DevOps, End-User Computing, and IT Data Analytics) and build a strong foundation for future success. You'll work alongside experienced professionals to develop, test, and support applications while mastering DevOps principles and tools.

A Typical Day

• Develop, create, and modify general computer application software or specialized programs • Analyze user needs and develop software solutions • Design or customize software for to optimize operational efficiency • Improve existing systems by analyzing areas of modification • Analyze and design databases with application areas • Coordinate database development with a team or individually • Maintain systems by monitoring, identifying, and correcting software defects • Create technical specifications and test plans • Assist in the deployment of the solution • Participate in daily project Scrums • Update knowledge and skills regularly through in-house and external courses, manuals, and new applications • Perform other related duties as required and assigned • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

What You’ll Bring

● Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent science/engineering field by June 2025. ● Have completed coursework, projects, internships, and or research in/using one or more of the following: Java/J2EE, C+/C#, .NET, Python, SQL, JIRA, Networking, and/or Database design. ● Knowledge of basic computer science concepts, programming, and Information Systems. ● Knowledge of Agile Methodologies, such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum, and LEAN (nice to have). ● Ability to write reasonably efficient and readable code as well as ability to be responsive to code review feedback and learn from it ● Academic understanding of software engineering techniques like testing, source control and agile planning. ● Demonstrated ability to learn and apply team's standards around testing and error handling. ● Good communication and customer interfacing skills ● Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently. ● Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment. ● Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment.

    Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

  • Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role

  • Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

  • Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

    Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

$55,000 - $85,000
