As Maintenance engineer you will have the opportunity to coordinate the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment of the assigned areas. In this role you will lead all aspects of maintenance, repair and project planning.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure that periodic and preventive maintenance are appropriately scheduled and accomplished and that emergency troubleshooting and maintenance support are readily available as needed.

  • Ensure the correct execution of maintenance tasks quality, timeliness and HSE

  • Plan and prioritize work orders, scheduling overall repair and maintenance to minimize production downtime

  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to improve reliability and resolve acceptable risk tolerance for equipment

  • Is responsible for the budget of its areas

  • Engage the team responsible for the repairs and maintenance of equipment and machines

  • Monitor maintenance KPIs and engage team members on continuous improvement

  • Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions technical growth for the direct reports.

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in complex environments

  • You are capable to work on several tasks simultaneously

  • You have strong People Management skills

  • You are a flexible person, able to adapt in a contest of constant change
