What you will do
As a DEX Product Representative, you will be responsible for DEX Customer Service and order process activities. You will receive and process all orders from the receipt of order to the final invoice. You will also maintain a close rapport between the Sales team, Customer and other colleagues to ensure customers have a DEXperience throughout the sales transaction.

Communication with customers and company entities to ensure customer requirements are met. Communications can be either in person visits, by phone, or via email.
Assist Customer with parts look up, suggesting related parts available, offering Promotions (when available), and ensuring the customer is exposed to the full product line.
Experience with social media and e-commerce tools and technologies.
Follow up with customer purchases and record customer feedback.
Support daily business order process operations, customer networks, and warehouse inquiries by:
Answering phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
Handling parts payment collection at point of sale and making sure all parts are billed correctly.
Maintaining ordering, tracking, metrics, and associated documents
Creating shipping documents and follow shipping procedures for US and Export shipments
Performing cross-functional departmental requests
Processing and supporting Group Company sales orders
Research and work in several databases and software programs to document, organize, track, update inventory, and process sales orders.
