Veos USA, Inc Office/HR Manager in Adrian, Michigan
The Office/HR Manager will oversee the general administrative function and activities of the office, including plant-level accounting assistance and human resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs or facilitates maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance and repairs
- Provides clerical support when needed to assist clerical staff with assigned administrative duties such as answering phone, sorting and distributing mail and preparing documents
- Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed
- Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records
- Administers benefit plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations
- Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate recordkeeping and proper documentations
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
- Accountable for I9 documentation and verification
- Assists with processing of discipline and terminations
- Assists with the preparation of the performance review process
- Assists with the recruitment and interview process; including job postings and screening candidates, setting up interviews and coordinating on-boarding.
- Assists with employee injury reporting and workers compensation processing
- Maintains security system access for employees and visitors
- Provide support and guidance in the facilities succession planning process
- File and maintain regulatory forms and documentation. Manage document control for the facility
- Maintain OSHA 300 logs and annual reporting
- Supports plant level, general accounting activities, purchases, receipts, invoicing verification, final payment verification
- Processes bank statements
- Adhere to all company quality, safety and GMP policies and procedures and reports any nonconformity
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
