About the role

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead delivery across various high-profile and critical Australian Defence programs. Working closely with technical engineering teams and support functions, Project Managers ensure the delivery of L3Harris solutions, in line with our customer’s specifications, budget and timeframe requirements.

Reporting to regional program directors, your activities will focus on driving the required activity at every stage of the project lifecycle. Day-to-day your tasks may include but not be limited to: coordinating project milestones to align with available resources, measuring team performance against pre-established schedules & budgets, financial reporting for executive review, assisting with bids & proposals and identifying continuous improvement opportunities for future investigation and implementation.

About you

To be successful in this role, some skills & experience ideal applicants will bring include;

  • Proven experience in a Project Manager role

  • Knowledge of and experience with the ASDEFCON suite

  • Financial management and budgeting

  • Safety and risk awareness in project execution

  • Practised reporting capability specifically with financials, schedule, and resourcing

  • Supplier/sub-contractor relationship management experience
