Every plate has the potential to create a memory that lasts a lifetime for our guests. To deliver all this and more, we’re looking for a Chef de partie with a passion for presentation, dedication to flavour and commitment to setting high standards from workspace to table and beyond.

As Chef De Partie you’ll support the Chef de Cuisine to direct daily kitchen activities and prepare our delicious food - helping create memorable experiences for guests - whenever and wherever they dine. You’ll also provide support to ensure quality, kitchen maintenance, and inventory functions kept to our high standards - to make sure the kitchen is always running smoothly.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• As a key player in the kitchen, you'll transform every meal into a visual and culinary delight while managing supplies, equipment, and minimizing waste.

• You’ll oversee your section, lead the kitchen team, and ensure seamless coordination with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and service quality.

• Your role includes developing new menu items, training and developing team members, and maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

• You'll also manage stock control, cost efficiency, and adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

• Additionally, you'll contribute to creating a safe and compliant work environment by reporting hazards and health issues.

What We need from you:

• Similar experience in a commercial kitchen ideally in a Hotel environment

• Right to legally work full time in Australia

• Qualifications in Commercial Cookery/Culinary Arts from a registered training provider

• Compliance with local laws on food safety and handling

• Great communication – you’ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to

• Flexibility – night, weekend and public holiday shifts are all part of the job

• Team player with a collaborative approach to work

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload

• Look smart – wear your uniform with pride and adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards
