Job Description:

A senior level Feature Lead role in client reporting channels for Tax Reporting in CRST (Client Reporting and Services Technology Team). The team is looking for a highly energetic, independent feature lead who enjoys a fast paced and a challenging environment. The responsibilities would include active participation in all aspects of systems development (expert in user interface as well as Server side technologies and low code tools like MuleSoft and PEGA). Must be able to participate, challenge and drive design, code, test plans and delivery. Must be able to actively interact and influence senior stakeholders in the front line units and operations. Additional responsibility include ensuring solution meets product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt. Responsible for all operational excellence aspects like CRQ/MRA2 etc , compliance and security items and audit support at the team level. Acts as a liaison for production activities/issues. Works with Product Owner to ensure that product backlog/requirements are reviewed time to time and schedule delivery with clear acceptance criteria. Guides the team on work breakdown and execution. Plays a team lead role (as an individual contributor) and mentors the team. Guides team members with skills and practices (planning & estimation, peer reviews and other engineering practices). Identifies skill and role gaps, and works with Technology Manager to address them. Works with Technology Manager in creating resource contingency plans where required.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline or comparable work experience is required

• Independent worker with strong self-motivation

• Strong communication skills (oral and written) to document/communicate issues

• Ability to organize and manage multiple competing tasks and priorities with rapidly changing environment

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a Developer/Lead capacity

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in reviewing requirements and project documentation to understand the application

• Solid computer programming experience (MuleSoft, API Development, RAML, .Net, Oracle, MS SQL )

• Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Ability to assist with offshore / onshore task co-ordination

• Experience in version control using Horizon/Bitbucket and familiar with JIRA

• Experience in Dev Ops, continuous delivery and continuous integration
