I am searching for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a vibrant team on a contract basis! As an Accounts Receivable clerk you will be responsible for generating and sending out invoices to customers for goods or services provided by the company and follow up with customers via phone, email, or mail to request payment and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues. In cases where customers fail to pay their invoices on time, you will initiate collection efforts to recover outstanding debts. Responsibilities
Generating and sending out invoices
Track payments owed and monitor AR aging reports to identify overdue invoices
Process and record remitted payments
Initiate collection efforts to recover outstanding debts
Maintain accurate records of all transactions
