About the Role
This position collaborates with suppliers to ensure execution to planned orders and schedules and resolves issues with suppliers to ensure material availability for facility production. The incumbent works with the facility production schedulers and operations personnel to support facility production and point of use material availability. Ensures alignment of facility inventory accuracy and inventory systems planning parameters with the plan for every part to maintain planning integrity.
On this roll your principal task is ensured to have material in stock on time and form, according to our production requirements, be aligned with our metrics and goals using lean processes to meet costumer’s objectives.
What You Will Do
Ensure to keep inventory available in warehouses for production lines.
Implementing and maintaining monitoring systems to provide information on shipment status, shipped date, in transit, estimated arrival date, and actual delivery date.
Management of optimal inventory levels.
Create, document, and follow up on actions plans for any opportunities.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, (RCCA’s, 1pager, A3) techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving
organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to
diverse situations.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Logistics Management: Knowledge of logistics and management; ability to follow proper processes and run operations for effective and efficient movement of materials and finished products.
Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP): Knowledge of the processes, practices and systems used in manufacturing requirements planning (MRP)
Supply Chain Management - MFG: Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management: ability to develop and use, strategies, practices, and tools for controlling the logistical processes.
Materials Handling and Management: Knowledge of material handling and management in plants; ability to perform, monitor and improve processes related to storage, transportation and handling of raw and hazardous materials.
Transportation - MFG: Knowledge of transportation; ability to transport materials from suppliers.
What is Required
College or university degree
Intermediate English capable of having a business conversation.
Experience in SAP. (High)
Experience in Excel. (High)
