Reference #: 9303764 PRIMARY FUNCTION: To serve as first line IS liaison for complex client network service requests including, but not limited to, desktop solutions, servers, LANs and mainframe services. Provide leadership and direction for Client Solutions Analysts and Trainees. Communicate regularly with Network and Technology Services Management team concerning recommendations for improving client services and support.
