We’re looking for a Quality Operator to join Quality team at Snap Inc!
Responsibilities:
Perform quality control inspections on incoming stock, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure they meet established specifications and standards
Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests on products
Document and report inspection results, including non-conformances, and assist in implementing corrective actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures
Monitor production processes to identify potential areas for improvement and propose process optimisation strategies
Participate in internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance to the standard operating procedures
Assist in developing and updating quality control procedures and work instructions.
Complete day to day admin duties
Book waste accurately into the waste system following the agreed process
Set-up and run reliability and qualification tests, managing periodic evaluation and acceptance criteria.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Quality Operator or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment
Understanding of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques is advantageous Experience conducting inspections and tests using various measuring tools and equipment Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, Google Suite and data entry systems.
