Avera St. Luke’s is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) in the Pulmonary that are looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.

Job Summary
Provides professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices.
This position would support Pulmonology during scheduled clinic visits both on site (usually one week per month) and virtual visits (usually two days per month). Would also support daily needs thru covering board of electronic medical record. Balance of position would be as float supporting other providers/areas of Primary Care clinics.
Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and possesses the ability to respond to specific issues and data reflective of the patient/customer’s status.
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the population served in the department.
Education and/or Experience
Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
A minimum of one year of nursing experience is desired.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Current license from the State of South Dakota Board of Nursing.
CPR certified preferred
ACLS (advanced Cardiac Life Support) preferred.
Work Schedule
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm; 48 hours every 2 weeks
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$26.25 - $39.25 per hour
