DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Manufacturing Engineer

Here, you will make an impact by: * Provides engineering leadership to the Aberdeen plant - Establishes a network of resources and contacts to meet business goals and customer needs * Utilizes technical skills to compile and review information to evaluate project scope, equipment specifications and other project requirements * Monitors product factory cost and initiates continuous improvement projects * Leads and participates in continuous improvement projects focused on product and quality system improvements * Utilizes project management skills to organize and execute projects * Supports site and focus factory resources with process improvements * Drives understanding of key customer needs and monitors process capabilities * Reports project implementation, cost and status to appropriate person

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidates relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
