Job Description
ASRC Federal seeks a skilled Project Manager to join our team at the PM PD SAI on the C5ISR APG campus. The successful candidate will oversee all contract-related administrative, managerial, and financial obligations. Key responsibilities include leading and managing our team, overseeing the performance of vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, and ensuring seamless operations throughout the contract duration. Other responsibilities include:
Collaborate closely with government officials on contract matters.
Conduct project feasibility studies, manage costs, and uphold work standards.
Guide subordinates in alignment with the organization's objectives
Lead and unify team efforts, ensuring contract success and alignment with PM priorities.
Oversee all program and technical support activities, from planning to execution.
Tackle cyber workforce challenges, including recruitment, retention, and training.
Requirements :
Skills & Knowledge Required
Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction on multiple tasks across several functional areas, along with the use of different technologies.
Ability to operate independently, managing substantial program and technical support operations involving multiple projects and task orders with personnel at diverse locations.

Ability to identify measures or indicators of contract performance and actions needed to improve or correct performance relative to the goals of the PM.
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline.
15+ years of progressive experience in management and supervision of substantive military hardware and software development, or related systems analysis.
Direct experience organizing, directing, coordinating, planning, and implementing all contract support activities.
Proven experience in the management and control of funds and resources.
Proven experience managing complex, multi-task contracts.
Prior DoD project management with demonstrated experience in conducting technical project requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule monitoring, financial data monitoring, and reporting.
Current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Clearance Requirements
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
